Battery Safe Systems supplies certified lithium battery storage and charging cabinets manufactured by trusted industry partners. All products are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty, and warranty terms vary depending on the specific brand and model purchased.
Because warranties are issued and controlled by the manufacturer, the coverage, duration, and claim process for your cabinet are determined by the manufacturer’s own policy.
1. Manufacturer Warranty Coverage
All safety cabinets sold through Battery Safe Systems include warranty protection provided directly by the manufacturer. This typically covers:
- Manufacturing defects
- Hardware or component faults
- Issues arising from normal, intended use
Warranty coverage does not typically include:
- Misuse, abuse, or improper operation
- Damage caused by incorrect installation
- Modifications or unauthorised repairs
- Overloading or improper storage of materials
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by fires resulting from misuse of batteries or charging equipment

2. How Warranty Claims Work
To ensure accurate diagnosis and fast processing, warranty claims are handled in coordination with the manufacturer. In most cases, the manufacturer will provide repair parts, replacement components, or a full replacement unit depending on the nature of the issue and their policy.
To initiate a warranty claim:

3. Warranty Duration
